Sometimes with anxiety, you get anxiety attacks. These come with many symptoms that you might be able to identify beforehand. When having an anxiety attack you may feel:
-Racing heartbeat
-Tightening in your chest
-Tense muscles
-Shortness of breath
-Nauseousness
-Sudden wave of anger or sadness
-Shaking

Keep in mind! Not everybody has the same experiences when it comes to anxiety, you may experience some of these or all of these. But if you experience these feelings ever, don't panic! You may just be having normal symptoms that isn't related to anxiety. Assess the situation and know your body.
